There are a lot of pdf writers out there that will let you create pdf files, but I like this one because it’s so simple to install and use.. and of course because it’s free.
CutePDF is a pdf writer, that allows you to convert literraly anything you can print into a pdf file.
Installing it is simple, simply visit the CutePDF Writer page and click on the links on the left that say Free Download and Free Converter. Download both of those and install them.
Once those are installed, you will see a printer called CutePDF Writer. When you have any file open with pretty much any program, you can go to Print and select the CutePDF Writer printer, and it will prompt you to save your pdf file. Browse to a location you want to save the file to, name your file, and there you have it.. a pdf file that looks exactly like the file you had.
You can literally turn anything into a pdf with this program.. word documents, internet pages, images.. anything that you can print on your computer, you can print to a pdf file.
