Upgrades to the Processes tab in the Vista Task Manager

By admin | Oct 25, 2007

Vista has a lot more options in the processes section of the Task Manager, which is a pretty decent upgrade for advanced users.

First, there are a few more columns available, like Description, Command Line, and Image Path Name, several more memory options, Page Faults, Virtualization, etc.

Another upgrade is the ability to right click on a process and select select Open File Location, or Go to Services.

These will prove a little more helpful in troubleshooting processes.
